Wrong age on birth certificate Wrong age on birth certificate

Few years back, my father made birth certificate of mine and my siblings. Willingly, he mentioned wrong age on adhaar and birth certificate. My real age is 21.5 years but on birth certificate it's 17 years mentioned. Last year I passed 12th from CBSE board. Now, I want to sit for neet exam. I've been preparing for this exam this whole year. Now my father threatens me that he will issue legal notice against my birth certificate. He says that "I'll dismiss your 12th certificate." Hello will destroy my carrier.
He is just so egoistic person. He just want to ruin our future based on wrong age on birth certificate and adhaar card. Please guide me out of this.

A.Dear Client,

If you are facing continuous threats to your career, as well as mental and physical harassment from your father at home, it's important to take steps to protect yourself. In such situations:

1. Seek Support from Social Workers or NGOs: Reach out to a social worker or a non-governmental organization (NGO) that specializes in providing support during crises. They may offer guidance, counseling, and assistance in addressing your situation.

2. File a Complaint under the PWDV Act, 2005: You have the right to file a complaint against your father in the local police station under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence (PWDV) Act, 2005. This act provides legal recourse for victims of domestic violence.

3. Online Complaints to Human Rights Commissions: You can make a complaint online to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) through their website (https://nhrc.nic.in/complaints/complaints/how-to-file-a-complaints). Additionally, you can approach the State Human Rights Commission, which has the authority to investigate complaints and bring the matter to the notice of relevant authorities.

4. District Administration:The Human Rights Commissions have the power to bring the matter to the notice of the district administration, including officers such as DC (Deputy Commissioner), SP (Superintendent of Police), DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police), DM (District Magistrate), and SDM (Sub-Divisional Magistrate).

It's crucial to take immediate action to ensure your safety and well-being. If you are in immediate danger, do not hesitate to contact local law enforcement or emergency services. Consulting with legal professionals or support organizations can provide you with guidance tailored to your specific situation.
