I want to know what is the criteria in legal way for installation of EV charging point in Housing society of 1000 flats capacity..
Actually in front of my flat's balcony i.e. upper ground floor ,AOA member installed the EV charging point...can i go against him in legal way to destroy the charging point at particular place.
