Hi I want to give NOC to my father in law stating that i will never show any interest in the property, cash, gold, asset which you will transfer in futher to your son to whom i am married.

A.Dear Client,
Until and unless your husband, i.e, the son of your father-in-law becomes the owner of the movable and immovable property of his father either through intestate succession or testamentary succession, your mere NOC giving up your right to claim on the said properties of your husband got no significance and will not work as of now. Unless a person becomes a legal heir following the law of inheritance, he or she cannot relinquish or give up his or her right to claim the property.
