Owner disputes with Association, tenants being threatened Owner disputes with Association, tenants being threatened

I am living in a rented apartment and recently someone bought the house. The owner was asked to pay rs. 10000 to the association as an NOC but she is not paying the amount. For the past 3 months the association is bothering us the tenants, by threatening that they will cut the generator and water supply. The owner is not ready to pay. What can I do?
We never made late rent payments and also paid maintenance on time.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and also try to lodge a complaint against Management of the Association. They cannot curtail the supply of basic necessities and Police will help you.

A.Dear Client,
A dispute between a tenant and landlord is resolved under the state-specific Rent Control Act under which a Rent Controller or Addl Rent Controller is appointed to deal with the dispute if arises between the parties. So, in the prevailing situation, serving a legal notice to the flatowner, you can file an application explaining your grievance against the landlord before the concerned Rent Controller to resolve the issue amicably. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
