I have been legally fighting with my ex organisation for maternity benefits since past 10months. The labour court had dismissed my case without giving me a proper reason and now they are not even taking up my case and giving me a hearing date. What can I do further?

A.Dear Client,
The legality of any order passed by a Labour Court or Industrial Tribunal may be challenged before the High Court through an appeal under Article 227 of the Constitution of India within sixty days from the date of the order passed by the Labour Court.
