i am hindu. my husband tortured me a lot and nw he sent divirce notice also given false complaint on me. dat case was closed. if i die now my parents get any prblm frm him?

A.dear client in your matter There are many questions that you have asked in your post. Can you please enumerate How are you going to die. Are you facing any such disease or will you be trying to commit suicide. He has levied false allegations against you but that was not proven. Please ask your question again to get a proper advice.

Life is a struggle you need to face it many options you have.In india the Laws always supports female cause.
Option 1 : File Domestic violence case
Option 2 : File U/S 125Crpc Case.
Option 3 : Lodge complaint against 498A IPC.

You can directly approach the court.If you are a poor go and approach free legal aid authorities and they can arrange free lawyer for you. Free Legal Aid is a mandatory authorities in every court establishments.
