my husband often consume.alchol and after that he like to do unnecessary debate and if avoid then he is upset but untimately he ends up abusing me.He also got habit of buying and expending more then income and he ask me for give money.We purchased house by equal continuation due to his bad credit history he couldn't get loan and house loan on my name. Recently he hit me with his legs and took bat to hit on my head.

Now he is asking money for the expense he paid for house emi and making expense report and what he paid and what I paid

I don't know how to handle as per my rights

A.dear client in your matter If he is in the habit of beating and torturing you then you have the legal right to take legal recourse.
Kindly file a police complaint against him.

A.You have to be careful & take up the issue seriously, as the drunkards will be violent during intoxication with alcohol. You can take up issue for reconciliation with Family Welfare Centre near you, they will guide & review your future activities. If need take the help of a Senior Family Lawyer to guide & help you out of the serious issue.
