A.Dear Client,

To address the issues with the third-party loan app and its recovery agents, take the following steps:

1. Visit your local Police Station and file a complaint against the third-party loan app and its recovery agents. Provide all relevant details and evidence to support your complaint.

2. Lodge a complaint online to the Cyber Crime Cell, attaching a copy of the police complaint. Ensure to extend your cooperation whenever required to combat the unfair trade practices of the fraudulent company.

3. Register a complaint of cybercrime online at https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/ to monitor the updated status of your complaint and stay informed about the progress.

4. Seek guidance from a certified credit counselor through a quick counseling session. They can help you explore your options and assist in resolving or settling the matter amicably with the lender.

By taking these steps, you can address the issues with the third-party loan app and its recovery agents effectively and seek appropriate resolution for the unfair practices encountered.
