After getting RCR order, how can i proceed. court has given ex parte order to my husband. he has not come to court only which means he doesnt want me to join. what shall i do . shall i give an order copy in police station

A.Dear Madam,
One year after getting RCR order your entitled to file divorce petition and get divorce very easily.

A.file execution petition and if he doesn't appear even after it then file for DIVORCE.

A.You can ask your Lawyer to send a copy of the order through registered post and keep the receipt for your future reference.
Also you can try and request the court to send a copy of the order after paying the requisite processing fee. I think Court should oblige you. This way it will be handy for you to file a divorce petition on the basis of RCR order.
