we have facing problem in banakhat and payment issue , builder x give us 5 lks token amount in cash
after they give us 15 laks x 5 cheque his son name he demanding builder build scheme for his son name then after day on banakhat they refuse to do banakhat on his son name they do on his name
and say so,me doqument issue builder now bankhat on his self our 4 member do register banakhat
and builder after doing register banakhat they cants giva us cheque on his name in banakhat mansion cheque after they make some wife helthe issue our 3 month wested our banakhat tenure is 10 month they deposite direct last month cheque 1 member accout
1 cheque is deposite insted of 28
but one point is this banakhat is velid with two party understanding but now they cants give us money now our 2 yrs west

Despite four members registering the banakhat, the builder faced challenges issuing cheques in his name, citing health issues of his wife and a misunderstanding over the agreement's terms. Consequently, after ten months, only one member received a cheque, contrary to the expected 28. This situation has caused a significant delay of two years, highlighting a breach of trust and contractual understanding between both parties.
