Gel blaster in customs
I recently ordered a gel blaster toy gun from Alibaba, it's from china , the issue is the seller is worried about the items getting caught in customs and asked me if i can clear it , i honestly don't know whether it will clear or not but it's a gel blaster not even a airsoft gun , and shoots gel bullets , the issue is it's 1:1 in size so they might confuse it for real gun . I'm trying to ask other door to door parcel services whether they deliver to India from china , i paid the seller already . I'm worried it might get caught in customs

A.Dear Client,
The customs clearance of your gel blaster toy gun, especially if it closely resembles a real firearm. The seller is expressing concern and asking you to handle the clearance.
Research thoroughly to ensure that importing gel blasters into India is legal and that there are no restrictions or regulations against it. Additionally, contact other door-to-door parcel services to inquire about their delivery policies and whether they can facilitate the shipment from China to India.
If you're uncertain about the customs clearance process or the legality of importing the gel blaster, consider seeking advice from legal experts or customs authorities to avoid any potential legal issues.
