I inherited an sbi locker, a sixth share of my resedential property and a complete residential plot in 2012. I downloaded the court order but the schedules, addresses of the properties are missing. How do I get a copy of the complete order.

A.Dear Sir,
You may ask the local advocate to apply and get certified copies in 3-4 sets by applying physically because the decree may not be uploaded online but only judgment will be uploaded.

A.Dear Client,
You can obtain a certified copy(CC) of the order/judgment from the Concerned court in offline mode if you are a party to the case. You have to fill up an application form for the issue of CC and pay the required fees. Sometimes, it involves certain procedures to follow like checking with the concerned court officials, whether the judgment/order has gone to the copying department or not, and at that time you might need the help of a law clerk of the Court. You can also avail of the service of an Advocate if required.
