A.Dear Client,
Leave policy or rule varies on the applicability of an Act applicable to a particular establishment or organization The encashment of leave shall be regulated on the basis of the last pay drawn which includes basic pay, dearness allowance, personal pay, if any, non-practicing allowance for doctors, deputation allowance in respect of employees of the company on deputation, allowance admissible to EDP and other staff working in Finance & Accounts department. Only earned leave is eligible for encashment. An employee who is released on acceptance of his/her resignation shall be allowed encashment of Earned Leave standing to his/her credit as on the date of release, after adjusting the notice period not
served if any. If the leave policy of the Company says the encashment of leave is payable after two months, your emergency or urgency is not admissible in contrary to the policy of the company.

A.Dear Client,
there has to be procedure followed as per rules established in the contract hence as long as the employer is not breaching the rules and denying to give the payment or delayed the payment beyond the established time frame there can not be any method of acquiring the cash payment
