Regarding court Marriage certificate

Does marriage certificate is equivalent to court marriage certificate. I have court marriage certificate only and I am going to abroad (qatar) for work
A.I guess you mean to say is court marriage certificate is equivalent to a normal marriage certificate which you get registered after marriage as per your traditions. Yes it is completely valid and is equivalent. You do not need any additional certificate as proof of your marriage.

A.A Marriage Certificate is a complete proof of your marriage which cannot be challenged any further hence you do not require anything else.
However i Fail to understand what did you mean by Court Marriage Certificate.

Court marriage Certificate is wholesome valid document for entire legal work where ever it is required. Hence ,need not to worry if you have the same.

A.Dear Client,
Your question isn't very clear. There can be only one marriage certificate. It seems that you have done your marriage according to special marriage act and you have got the certificate but no social marriage has been done between you and your spouse. It is a clear proof and you don't require any other certificate to prove your marriage.

A.Dear client in your case if your marriage certificate is registered into marriage registration office then it's valid for any cause.

A.what is Court Marriage Certificate?
if your marriage was solemnized in the court and later on registered in the office of Registrar of Marriages then you have Registration Certificate and it's VALID but if you have some affidavits in regard of your marriage then its INVALID
