Compensation Salary

Are we able to claim compensation Salary in private sector if company terminate employee's service poor performance basis. and even if employee signed out agreement which states that company is not liable to make any payment if termination is based on cause i.e non performance.

A.1. Send a legal notice [if they do not comply then]
2. You may file a suit in the civil court OR
3. You may also file a complaint before the labour commissioner.

A.Dear client in your case I suggest you to go through a professional lawyer and send legal notice through your lawyer.if the didn't respond you then you can file complaint before labour commissioner.
