I have done love marriage in a hindu temple with a affidavit from pandit and I have video of full marriage including sath phare, sindoor applying, varnamala , manglasutra but no friends and relatives from either side present. I also got my husband affadivit stating that he is marrying me by his will and he knows me well and this is his first marraige. But after that marriage within a week he got again married at his home by the girl of his parents choice. Now he is denying that my marriage with him is not valid as no registration done and no friends or relative present. Pl guide me which marriage for him is valid as he registered his second marriage he is in Indian army

You can further file a case of bigamy and RCR also challenging such 2nd marriage on the basis of the evidence that you have.
However, it is advisable to seek the opinion of a good local lawyer before initiating any sort of litigation.

The question is already answered.
You have done legal marriage and Indian Courts believes the sole version of a woman saying such and such person is her husband. You can raise any issues against him.

If you have got such videos and photographs of your marriage then it becomes clear proof that you got married to him.
You can file an FIR against him at the nearest police station for committing the offense of bigamy but before you take such a step consult an advocate and show him the photographs and videos and proceed accordingly
