If someone post a obscene message, without tagging or naming anyone on his facebook timeline can anyone file a fir against him..

A.If he posts it by his name then it is his property and such obscene content remains blocked on Facebook asking the viewer to seek permission before showing the same.
However, if such content is obscene you can definitely report the same and such report shall thereby go to the officials of Facebook who will thereafter take care of the rest.
