My father 2nd married in 2018 after my mother's death ...my step mother was not treat me well therefore I leaved my home after 1 month of their marriage....but now she harassing my little brother too much ...my father not support us ...for him wife is important than us ... My brother is in 10th class , he is only 15 yrs old .... yesterday night after 11pm step mother remove my brother from home after too much physical torture...he went to police station but step mother proved there that my brother is abnormal and mentally weak ...they lied in police station.... now they don't want my brother...they said us go and live ur life as possible, don't expect anything from them..

I'm just graduated I can't handle all the situation, I'm still studying n doing temporary job for living and live in room (rent) ...

What I do now for brother and for me ...?

A.File a complaint against your mother, you can be the defacto complainant here and you can also approach the child activists to support you.
You can also engage a good criminal lawyer who can help you with tricks and traits for this matter.
