FiR by husband

I had a fight with my husband who left me to my parents house.he threatened me he will destroy my passport and imp documents.
So i went along with my sister and her husband and a key maker to open the lock nd get my stuff.
Now my husband has filed FIR against all of us on the basis of cctv footage.
What can i do

A.Engage with a Criminal Lawyer and thereafter go for quashing of FIR u/s 482 Cr.P.C. in the High Court with proper evidence and proof.

A.were you living separately from your husband prior to the incident?
if yes, you committed an offense, and an FIR can be lodged against you,
