Against googlepay rewards

I need an advice whether i shall file a case againt googlepay app.gpay offers scratch cards for transactions.i got ab entry for friday scratchcard for 1lakh.wen i scratched it it shown like"congratulations U r lucky lakhpathi" claim ur prize,wen i clicked it asked me to enter my Pan num.once i entered it said payment will b done in 3days.but havent got any.wen i contacted them they r postponing my query.its been more than a week now. N same happend with me a year ago also.but they escaped by sayin technical glitch.i have those screenshots also.this time they r ignoring my query neithr accepting nor rejcting. Need advice

A.Things like these are fraud.
