L1 Visa Fraud

I was assured a L1 Visa after having paid for Visa Registration and for Health Insurance and later having demanded for much more money when I had backed off the Attorney or Diplomat working on my case just disappeared and the Mobile Number and Email Id both being not reachable and giving postmaster not recognised for the email. The Cyber crime police station in my city Bellary wouldnt take up the case until money is paid to follow up.
