Hi
We sold our property in 2008 by that time it was showing 2.8 Acres
Now new number alloted but in that it is showing 20 guntas extra
We want that 20 guntas for us
Can we fight?
Please suggest me next step.

A.Yes you can.
Before that do a title search report and find as to how did this extra land come.
Then file a declaration suit and make sure no one objects.
