hi. we bought car on loan tpermit gave to the driver on agreement basis but he took the car and never came back. we filed an fir against him after that bank was asking. for payment but we showed them for copy and ask them to wait as we were applying for car insurance but insurance company rejected the case telling fir don't come in terms and conditions do there will be no claim

A.consult one prominent lawyer (online/offline) along with relevant documents, FIR, Claim Form, Letter of repudiation by the insurance company, etc. and act accordingly
