Salary not given by my Employer from last 1 year Salary not given by my Employer from last 1 year

My employer has not given my complete salary from last 1 year. However they are making me part payments. From last 1 Year my total salary was 2.8 lakh and they have given me only 65k. Now they refused to give me my pending salary. What can I do and what all expenses it will incurred.

I have my joining letter salary slips for previous month's and account statement for part payments.

A.dear client honestly i suggest you to send them legal notice through any lawyer.

A.You should not waited for such a long period. Under payment of wages Act, every Employer have to pay his employees before succeeding month ten days all salary & wages due.You consult a Labour & Employment and service matter Lawyer to file case in the competitive court and designated Asst Labour Commissioner in your jurisdiction quickly to recover your overdue unpaid salary & benefits with damage & penalty as may be imposed by the competent authorities.

A.Hi,

You can send a legal notice to the company under the NCLT ACT and if they are not making the payment you can easily file NCLT petition to recover the entire amount. Procedure is very simple.
