I have received 50% No Claim Bonus for insurance policy of my vehicle from ICICI Lombard through Maruti Insurance for 2018-19. Now it is found that there is only 20% NCB is recorded with ICICI Lombard. Therefore resulting in loss of 30% No Claim Bonus every year and also my vehicle was at risk from March 2018 to Till today because faulty records can lead in denial of any accidental claim. Please suggest way ahead.
