I don't want to live with my husband any more , but I am not in a position to leave my kids , is there any option for me to live with my kids
A.Do one file 498a, maintenance, dv cases against your husband. This cases will harras your husband and he will easily give you divorce.

A.If both are agree for divorce then file divorce by mutual consent you will get divorce in just six months
