He must be represented by a person preferably a teacher in the said field and can fight DV case.

A.There is no separate legal facility.
However people who cannot afford a lawyer can always take lawyers who are there from the free legal services.

all DLSA offices are in concerned District Court,
approach Gaziabad Court and ask/look for DLSA office/Nyay Mitra/Free Legal Aid,
search NLSA in google
