A.Approaching the Court of law for restitution of conjugal rights shall be the better option than any other.......

A.A. Dear client , if you are really want to stay with your husband then File Restitution of conjugal rights petition before Family court and try to get mediation by mediator judge. If your husband refused to cohabit with you , then you need to file Application under Protection of Womens from Domestic violence Act, 2005 and get protection and residence order in same house where you were lastly resided as husband and wife. But keep in mind that Filing of Domestic Voilence case would be the last option after your all the try's of amicable settlement.

A.Send him a legal notice and thereafter file for RCR u/s 9 of the HMA
