Dear Sir
Recently we purchased one plat from one of builder. After occupation of my flat we are getting issues with builder. we are staying at 5th floor and we are requested builder to allow my servant to use lift. But, Builder not allowing servant to use lift. Because of this issue no servant ready to work in our apartment. In our apartment 4 flats occupation done 1st 2nd 3rd 5th floors. Now, builder saying if you want to stay follow our rules if not sell your property and they are saying i am builder you can do any thing legally. Please help us to suggest what to do in this situation. can we log compliant on police station against builder. All 4 flats people are struggling same issue. Please help us on this issue.

A.Dear Sir,
Get issue a common legal notice and approach the local authority and also Civil Court.
