Wife fights for difference in customs

My mother-in-law always forces and influence my wife to follow their customs due to which we both are having quarrels most of the time when I ask her to follow ours
Is there any act which enforces that post marriage she should follow customs of the matrimonal house

There is no such enactment which prevents wife to follow her customs forcibly you cannot ask her to follow your customs. Insted you may allow her to follow her customs and have an amicable solution for your despute
