I was asked to give an interview for a job which i wanted in dahisar they told me that i will get it in dahisar only and there was a registration fee i paid later on few hours after they tell me that i will get a job at vasai and not dahisar so i filed an application for refund of they said that i will get refund after 40-45 days but they don't tell am i going to get the refund or not i send applications again n again i called them too alot but they tell me they will reply to my application today as its same as every day they haven't yet send me a confirmation mail that I'm gonna get money when and when i called they said we will tell you later and they switch off their phone please tell me what to do

Send them a legal notice through a lawyer.

If it is not registered consultancy then you can not claim the amount.However you can say that it was hand loan given to him.You can get issued a legal notice and then file a suit
