Failure of agent to register property after payment

We are senior citizens, my husband is retired from private company. We have paid around 35 L to one Mr Ramesh from 2011, in installments, but he neither registered nor refunded the amount due to us after repeated and persistent requests. We need advice as to to further action to be taken. We are in great anguish and emotional stress.

in such cases you must approach different authorities , court and civil court. you may also approach senior citizen broad under senior citizen Act 2007.

A.If you have paid the amount to the agent in instalment first gather the evidence that you have paid the amount to the agent as you have mentioned through bank statement or or cash receipt what so ever you have paid.
If there is any written document then take these all and file a police complaint and file FIR against such agent and property delear of the said property which was to be registered in your name.
