498a 498a

I have filed a 498a case against my husband and his family in district court, chargesheet is also filed but before any proceeding, my husband asked for mediation in allahabd high court. I am going for the first mediation date but i have a doubt whether my husband will come or not. i want to cancel the mediation process because i dont want to live with my husband.
1.) Is there any way to cancel the mediation (whether my husband comes or not)?
2.) If my husband do not appear for mediation will i get the money which court provides to attend the mediation?

A.You cam settle the matter before the mediator in mediation centre. Let the mediator to know that you dont want to live with your husband at any cost. And if your husband do not appears before mediator than asi the mediator to send back the case in court without further hearings. And let the court know that your husband had not appeared before the mediator at mediation cemtre.
