Q.Legality of resale flat of Haryana housing board
I want to know the legality of resale flat of housing board. My dealer offers me a resale flat which was allotted to some allotted under haryana housing board scheme, the flat is under construction. Power of attorney and will be done now. Flat will be registered and transfer to my name at the time of possession. Please guide me

A. ) Housing Board flats in Haryana are allotted to a certain income category persons. selling it on power of attorney is illegal. also power of attorney sales are banned in Haryana that is why brokers do it from Ghaziabad /Noida .My advice would be not to deal with these properties at all ,it will lead you into serious trouble someday

Then how the developer essure that the change of name in housing board itself. They may have laywers too.
