Sir lko family court main mera divorce case chal Raha hai jisme 2 midation hui hai sec midation failed hoke case court Mai Chala gya hai.jismne mere husband out of court ki baat karke mujhe milne k liye bol rahe h Taki baat karke matter solve Kar sake .lekin Maine BoLA h ki Jo b bat hogi court main hi hogi.aur agar apko bat karni h mujhse to ap out of court settlement ka notice bejhye tb Mai apne wakeel Aur apk wakeel k samne bat karungi .to vo bolte out of court settlement ka koi notice nhi hota hai agar bat hogi to ase hogi nhi to kisi b Surat main vo mujhe divorce nhi denge iski dhamki de rahe hai .to main janaana chahti hu Kya out of court settlement ka koi notice hoti hai ya nhi. Aur agar hoti h to Kya process hota hai..
Aur Kya mujhe divorce nhi milega .bcoz Mai kisi b situation main sath nhi rehna chahti.

A.Hello,
There is no provision for out of court settlement notice. But it can be send if a party wants to.
If you feel you are not safe to meet without the notice, then you must inform the Court that you are trying to settle the dispute outside the court.
However, if you settle outside, the divorce will be granted in accordance to it.

Ok sir sir maintance ki fees Aur 498 ki fees koi Aur ki fees jayada Bata rahe hai in cases ki fees kitni lagti hai mujhe lagta hai ki kuch jayada fees Bata rhae hai

A.Ap apke vakil ke sath ja sakte ho . Or agar apko lagta hai ki settlement karana hai to . Ap dono ko mutual consent by divorce ka petition file karana padega tab divorce legally hoga . Or isne 6 month Mai divorce mil jata hai
