Halo Sir/ Madam,I got nearly half share of mine from the other legal heirs as daughter
according to Muslim law,after father's death.
2 brother,mother & myself .We have made sucssesssion certificate.Some property is in
native place & some in mumbai.Remaining
half share I am not getting from my brothers
What legal action can I take regarding this ?
Brothers r not willing to go for family settlement.Also they have not given mother
Share & enjoying that too,mother is staying
With them.How I can claim my share also from her share ?

A.Dear Sir,
File a partition suit and take appropriate advise from local advocate.
