Marriage without registration

I married this june by hindu rituals like a normal hindu wedding. I didn't register my marriage. If I never register it will this marriage will be considered legal or not. Can my husband marry some another girl without my knowledge. If yes, can I take any action against him. He is not ready for the registration of our wedding.

A.Dear client.. Marriage Registration is mandatory..
If still u didn't register your marriage and husband is denying to get Marriage Registration.. then also Ur Marriage is Considered as legal.. because you married him with Hindu rituals.. with family and friends..and relatives.. you must have marriage invitation card.. marriage photos.. these are the strong proof of Ur Marriage.. and he can't Marry .. other girl with out Ur knowledge.

A.Registration is now a compulsory part after marriage.
It gives legal effect to your marriage.

No, he can not marry another because you both are married under Hindu Marriage Act, so it's absolutely valid. You must have all the wedding Photos, invitation card .
However Registration of marriage needed for going abroad with your husband.
Try to convince him for registration.

A.No mam not possible if you have marriage invitation card or photos it will sufficient for you don't warry no need to registration
