I would like to open preschool on rental property. Shall I open or it should be own property in Allahabad(Utter Pradesh)

A.Hello
If you can Own a property and If you live there then that will be good but if you want to rent a property then definitely make an agreement with the owner.
And always take slips for paying rent.

A.Yes you can do it on your own risk .made agreement from owner of the property

Thanks for reply. Actually I got a info that UP government announced that every schoo and college should be on own property not rented. I think this rule is not applicable for preschool.
