Sir I from sagar shimoga district my cheque had theft by my husband friend presented in bank and sign it like my signature but in bank gave endorsement insufficient fund and presented In jmfc court sagar but we gave police complaint regarding cheque mising but in judgment I convicted what can I do

A.If ur cheque was stolen n u hv lodged complaint before initiation of criminal proceedings against u then that is best evidentiary value but needed to b presented and argued well. However, u can still approach Higher Court ie. In this case Sessions Court in Appeal within one month from d date of receipt of the judgement

A.Cheque founder can't approach to the court . Without any transaction not possible to approach court . If his approach court then don't warry burden on his shoulder to prove it

A.Hello,
You can appeal the judgement in higher court before the limitation is exhausted.
