advice for bail

Is it possible to get bail in dhara 386 500 and 504 my friend was arrested on friday and send him to jail i will file a bail application on monday i want to know it will be approved or not they will release him on monday or not please help

A.Apart from section 386 the other two sections are bailable.
However, grant of bail depends on the gravity of the offence.
Generally bail is a matter of right.
However, in cases of non bailable offences the court can exercise its own jurisdiction for the grant of bail.
The case should be well presented and the lawyer should convince the judge.

The bail can be granted but it's upon the courts discretion,
but you will need the order copy of bail to release him from jail.

A.If the case is well presented bail can b granted. It's discretion n decision of the concerned Court depending upon gravity of offence n material on record plus antecedents of the accused.

A.Section 386 are non bailable but depends upon circumstancale evidence . Or section 500,504 are bailable but you should try
