Sir my husband is false accused of sexual assault n rape.. According to that girl rape happened 3 yrs back but my husband is innocent.. How we prove

A.If FIR is filed plz try for ABA first and contest the case on merits. If no substantial evidence u can use alternative remedy

If the girl haven't logged any FIR against him three years back then you have a point.
Is warrant of arrest has been issued on your husband?
then first take a bail.
If there is no proof of connection between them then it will be better.
anything else can not be said without having further knowledge about the FIR and details.

A.Dear Client,
Without perusal of FIR one can not say anything for your case. If, there was relationship with that girl then this case shall be dealt stating or defending on sexual relationship had been in love and affection.
