illegal termination

As per the code of the company, I have projected harassment and illegal events happening in the organization. Inquiries were carried out for namesake but, no investigations were carried out. When I projected proofs to the investigating team and deputy Chairman, I was terminated, which is a breach of the code of company by my superiors. This matter has not reached the Chairman. The Chairman's vigil mechanism has failed. Can I file a case under breach of trust or violation of the contractual agreement or a case of defamation may be filed?
