Bangladesh Customer default for payment

Indian expoeter We are 2 container Yarn sailed in Bangladesh & after goods reach at port buyer Banks corrupt in Bangladesh so is this any International law for recovery my money.
Because goods in Bangladesh last one year there are take many NOC for call back containers Bank NOC, Customs NOC, EPZ NOC, Customer NOC
after one year BEPZA ready to NOC for container call back but detention and demurage cost more than our goods so help me how to recover our loss from Customer or any govt policies in BANGLADESH.
