Agreement required in case of purchase of flat from legal heirs Agreement required in case of purchase of flat from legal heirs

A sold flat to B in 2006. A died before effecting the said transfer leaving behind his legal heirs mother, wife, son and brother. The said flat was then transferred to the mother of A. The sale deed between B and A's mother was executed for sale of flat. Now, in 2018, B intends to sale the flat to C. C opts for bank loan wherein bank asks for execution of a supplementary deed between A and B as addendum to the sale agreement executed by them in 2006 which will include NOC for sale of said flat from legal hires of A I.e Widow of A, son of A and brother of A. Would like to have Experts view on the latter documentation part. Thanks
