can we run the pump without renewal of land lease agreement
4 years ago
We are running a petrol pump in ernakulam, kerala for last 15 years.
We renewed our dealership agreement last year for another 15 years.
Now company is insisting to renew land lease agreement for another 10 years
which i don't think is a better option because lot of new pumps are coming up
and sales are getting affected and if sales is going down we can utilize the
land for some other purpose is the land agreement is not renewed.
My question is can we run the pump without renewal of land lease agreement
