Issue with the service provided by bank

Dear Sir,
I availed personal loan from a bank recently and during the process I requested them to send all the loan related documents to my official address and not to my residential address. I sent emails in advance for the same and also spoke with the Sales Manager many times for the same. But even after my repeated request they sent all the files to my home due to which I suffered psychologically. It's not just me but my parents too. My parents who are not physically sound fell into depression because of seeing the loan documents. Even I am so stressed which is affecting my work too. When I approached the bank for a solution they said they did not update the communication address. This simple mistake has taken a toll on my regular life. Need your suggestion on how to handle this legally.

You may get issue a legal notice and also lodge a complaint with Banking Ombudsman.
