Sir, We had sale some material to one party with bill. About 3 years they are not willing to give the materials price. can we lodge a cheating case against them? the amnout should be below 30000/-

A.Dear Sir,
It is a civil case so police may not agree to register FIR anyway you can immediately file civil suit and it should be within 3 years.

A.Dear client,
Did you communicated on mail , post so that you must have proof of ur demand or claim of soled material to the party .When was such date of last communication or intimation. If that was within 3years from the raised bills ,only then you may claim otherwise can not. you should file accordingly cheating, fraud case against such party .

A.It's pure civil case. U can file civil suit for recovery of d amount. However first send Notice. It may work for u. Plz note limitations are for three years from payment due date.
