Sir, One person in Rajsthan call me said some gold bar with his, and he want to sale me. I am very much happy that he will give it half of the price.He gave me sample and tested it is 100% pure. In last week I gave him Rs.3 Lakh cash and he gave the gold bar.
Sir I checked it but it was brass. What can I do sir? any legal movement valid agianst him? I phoned to him, He says "go to police station and lodge a case.NO PROBLEM." Please give me advice

A.Call him again and talk again normally like not happen anything said hei just I want again one gold or catch meet in person

A.Do you have anything in writing?
Any proof or anything?
Was all this all telephonic?
You have been duped and you have lost 3lacs.
Lodge a FIR against such person immediately.

It is better to go to higher Police Officers in your State and as well as write complaint to the Commissioner of Police in Rajasthan.

A.you are cheated due to your greed, anyway, if you know the person, you certainly can lodge an FIR mentioning the complete matter,
if the police refuse to register the FIR, approach the concerned Court and file an application for registration of FIR as envisaged under section 156(3) of CrPC
