My fathe done a 2nd marrige without divorce my mother. He don't take any responsibility of mine & my mother. Now want to know that How I demand my right, I m first child of him.

A.The second wife of your father is an illegitimate one.
You are the legal heir and shall have all ancestral and property rights.
Also, you have the right to claim maintenance from your father if you are below 18 years of age and unable to maintain yourself.

A.Dear Client,
Your mother is still the legal wife and second marriage is not valid.
You can file a maintenance suit for you and your mother.
and you also have all the property rights over your father's property.

A.Your father's second marriage is invalid. Secondly you as a child from legally weeded wife will have all the property rights in your father's property.
Also you can ask for maintenance for yourself, if you are below 18 and not earning, and for your mother too.
