Q.Resignation Relieving letter
I have resigned and am serving the 30 day notice period. My question is, if I stop coming to office after 30 days, then what legal actions could be taken against me? And how long can they hold my relieving letter?

A. ) Your relieving letter can be held by the company for a fair bit of time.
If you do serve the notice period then it should not be a problem.
